  • Caller ID
    Utilize caller ID information to instantly recall previous customer trip data.  New customers can be quickly entered since Caller ID provides telephone number and name.
  • Alpha-numeric Dispatch Paging
    If you're not ready for a complete Mobile Data Terminal System, our Alpha-Paging module allows you to use any alpha pager as a dispatch device.  When the dispatcher assigns a trip, the trip details are automatically transmitted to the driver  via the pager.
  • Customer Profiles
    If you have Medicaid or non-emergency medical passengers, the customer profile system allows you to maintain detailed information regarding the passengers such as eligibility, trip counts and default pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Medicaid Interfaces
    Most companies that do Medicaid work spend a lot of time dealing with faxes or other paperwork.  TranWare can provide automated electronic importing functions that will substantially improve the speed and accuracy of data entry.
  • Time Clock Station
    Since the majority of your employees will be using the TranWare Enterprise Management system, why not keep track of their working hours with an integrated virtual time clock?
  • Vehicle / Driver / Account Incident Reporting
    With this module, you can keep detailed files regarding each individual vehicle, driver and customer account within your organization.  Any number of user-definable incidents can be logged to a driver, vehicle or account to be recalled at the touch of the button.  Key open incidents are printed on vehicle manifests and driver cashiering receipts.
  • Cash Drawer Management
    If you provide real-time cashiering services for your drivers, you understand that theft and misplacement of $ is a reality.  Cash drawer management provides a cashiering shifting system where cashiers log in and are required to count their cash drawer upon starting and ending their shifts.  Management can review each shift and easily locate missing funds.
  • Credit Card Processing
    Credit card trips can be authorized and settled directly from within TranWare.  If you implement a Mobile Data System with credit card swipes, the customer's accounts can be completely settled from in the vehicle!
  • Confirmation Fax and/or Email Capability
    Email or Fax customized confirmations and invoices directly from TranWare at the touch of a button.  Emailing requires a constant Internet connection and faxing requires Windows 2000 or later.
